Residual terms

Residual by NexusForge provides human-gated residual attestation software records.

Residual records are software artefacts. They are not carbon credits, financial instruments, investments, dividends, or ownership titles.

Customers remain responsible for their regulatory reporting. We do not guarantee CSRD, CBAM, Verra, or any other scheme acceptance.

Issued records include a forbidden-claims list. Using a Residual record to assert a prohibited claim is a misuse of the software.

Human gate decisions are made by an identified reviewer. Automated scores, if present, are evidence aids only and do not issue a record.

These terms describe the Residual product only. They do not describe Earth OS, Sparks, Life Dividend, or any capital feature.
